They have to use different dishes. 1000.4 and 1000 got two brackets do not fit the opposite LNB’S. In other words, you cannot use a .2 LNB on a .4 Dish because they don’t line up with the brackets due to tabs on the .4 LNB’s. And then eastern arc has been out for probably 8 to 10 years.

That's wrong. Both East and West use a 1000.2 dish and LNB. The 1000.4 Dish and both WA and EA LNB's are long gone from inventories 1000.4 EA 1000.2 EA

If the 72.7 is reporting as the 61.5, you are too high and too far to the right. I never use the 72.7 to point an Eastern Arc, always the 61.5, verify it, then peak the 72.7

You have a 20-year-old LNB that's not even supported any longer on a 20-year-old receiver that's also not supported any longer. They don't last forever

The voice control doesn't work for locals or channel numbers. You have to say "ESPN", etc

Update the Hopper but there's no promise it will work. I've SEEN it work but I've had guys tell me there were times it didn't work

SD Channels stopped saving resolution settings awhile ago on the Hopper 3 and Hopper Duo

No matter what your software version reads, put your Joeys in standby and try to do a manual software update. That's been the only fix I've seen work
