    Can I decode the HDCP with a splitter, not to record, just to be able to mirror primary tv? Do non-premium not HBO, SHowtime programs use the HDCP also?

    I have not committed to anything yet. I have decided to sign up for Direct as I will save overall. I am a senior with limited means. My husband likes the sports. I am thinking of Choice or Xtra plans. We have two tvs. I would like to have Direct on both, but it could be duplicate of tv 1...
