Chicago Locals on Eastern Arc
As far as the VIP receiver, is it safe to say that both the Eastern Arc and the Western Arc are availble full time and there is no possibility that Dish will limit me to one arc or the other? I understand what Iceberg means by not telling Dish about the Eastern Arc because they might turn off...- waveguide
