Just now 11:00 AM Pacfic: 145Mbps Down, 11.9 up. Latency 25ms. Eastern Washington. I've seen it as low as 48Mbps down in the evenings and as high as 297Mbps down during the day. Latency pretty consistent at 23 to 30ms.

For this dispute. who knows? For the underlying problem, just as soon as the government imposed local channel monopoly ends. When that occurs, viewers will be free to choose and MPVD's (and others) will provide options without coercion and at a much lower cost.

Maybe. Or maybe, based on your experience, reward customers with no increase when they reward Dish with a contract. Dish gets to pick and choose which customers they offer the "no increase" bennies to.

He offered you the same monthly cost for AT200 even though the cost for it increased $10 ($5 per year) over the past two years? If so, great deal! But I suspect you'll find that $20 discount will be after a $10 increase for AT200.
