Anybody? Bump.. bump.. USed to be tons of guys who would troubleshoot and rip these IRD's apart... this seems an easy question?

I'm trubleshooting a Bell 3100. ... posting in Dishnet, as I figure more readers, and better chance of support.. My brother's 3100 suddenly went "no signal" a month ago. He just gave it to me to see if I could repair it as I used to work on BUD's - I guess he figured they were similar! lol...
