Exactly. I don't know how D Network has just blindly given her that many receivers lol. I'm hooking her new one up to a UPS when it arrives though to hopefully sort out possible power issues.- Jjlee138

Howdy! My Mom has been through 6 Vip722k receivers? (Sorry if my terminology is off). and is just about pulling her hair out everytime she loses all of her favorite programs on a regular basis. What's involved in pulling the data off of one of these? Just buy a USB HD and then what...- Jjlee138
