Called the installer, they are coming back out to check the dish alignment. Also, the channels that I was receiving 771 errors on have duplicates that work correctly. Like ESPN 2 and others in the upper 70's. So is this a real problem or is this normal? Sorry for newbie question. I can't...

D did the install of the Dish. I hooked up the receivers.

Found an update on the R15 Receiver. No changes with signal strength. However, I could not get it to update the HR23.

I get 771 errors on some of the HD channels.

How do I do a software download?
