You're right, it is a 50 pin. I was thinking it was a 25 pin serial port. I'm out of town on vacation so I didn't check it right before I posted. -Shane- lshanepowers

Dish Serial Port Commands
I did a search and couldn't find anything. I have a DISH 508 receiver. It has a serial port on the back. Is there a command list somewhere of how it can be controlled via RS232? I've got a home automation system that I'd like to tie this into. Thanks, -Shane- lshanepowers
