If that tech was with a HSP, then he isnt allowed to charge for a wallfish anyways, maybe thats why he got fired. Being a independent myself wallfishing can be alot of work and take alot of time. Offering a guy $20 to do it is laughable. I usually charge around $100 depending on the circumstances.
