No yet.....I am not at home yet.......the signal strength varies....per channel but I lose signal stregth when its at 95%.....i have never had a signal under 86%

only the 5100 has the major problem.....it loses its signal at both locations? The 3100 sometimes pauses but works pretty good. The 5100 has the problem at either location.

What about replacing the cable from the receiver to the wall Switch?

I am not sure....on the dish I have only one LNB that came with the unit. The dish was purchase last year. I don't think this help....someone told me to check the LNB to see it the cables are loose? But why only one receiver at both location? You would think the problem would cause the 3100...
