    Orbitron 10ft Teardown

    We dropped one in about 30 minutes a few years ago with just basic hand tools and a electric screw driver. It's still sitting in my backyard. Someday I will put it up!

    The billing system is pretty screwy. A few months ago I was charged twice. They didn't bill me the next month fortunately.

    I don't have OTA either. This is just the satellite channels.

    I just swapped out my regular receiver for a DVR, and all the channels in the guide show up twice. I assume thats not expected behavior?

    My receiver has good signal, but all channels are black. Hard power cycle of receiver doesn't fix it. It looks like EPG data is updating. I don't have another receiver handy I can test with.

    I hope you are right. A lot of us in the broadcasting industry are not as optimistic though. The 5g guys have a lot of cash to wave, and most of us broadcasters are not as flush with cash.

    Yes. That didn't fix it. Mark from Orby got it fixed sometime last week, so I am back in business.

    So one change I noticed today, the website no longer says my service has been interrupted and seems to indicate I am good. However, my receiver still isn't reactivated.

    On 7/3 I had my auto-bill turned off and my current month expired. Went to reactivate an I noticed the "expiration date" on the website still showed 7/3/19 after activation, but figured it was just a glitch, browser cache issue, or something else. Next day it stops working again, so I login...

    Tried 3 browsers on 2 different computers, on different internet connections, and 3 different locations ;). Now they are telling me I can't login to pay my bill because I didn't pay my bill. I don't think this person understands the problem.
