    I don't have any ideas for you but I have had the same problem the last 2 weeks. Switched antennas, bases and units with no improvement. I see you are in Indiana. I am in Minnesota. Don't know if geography is a problem.

    The red button function(pulls up menu for scores, box scores, stats, etc.) does not work for me when I am watching games on the HD feeds. Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Mutiswitch question

    It happened again this morning. I did some diagnostics and I got no signal on tuner 1. Everything was great on tuner 2. I switched incoming lines and still no signal on 1. I think I need to call D* for a new receiver.

    I just rechecked the lines coming out of my Zinwell SAM3402 and they all appear to be headed to the R15. My mistake. Still not sure why I occ lose signal on my HR20.

    I initially had D* installed in April. I had a basic reciever and an R15 installed. Everything worked great. Then in Aug I upgraded to a plasma tv and upgraded to D* HD. Installer came out and put in a 5lnb slimline. I am still using the R15 on a regular tv and have a HR20-700 on the plasma...
