    I have Paramount+ and my issue is with Live TV. My ISP is ATT Air Home Internet, which frequently gives me a Chicago IP, so Paramount+ thinks I am in Chicago. So I only get CBS Chicago, not my local.

    Yep. I would have liked to watch the Royals/Orioles wild card games this week, but I don't have ESPN. I just listened to the broadcasts on the radio through the MLB.tv app for free.

    I do not believe the majority of those that hold the debt, will get the full value of those bonds anyways. What will stop TPG from spinning off the combined company with the debt attached. It is exactly what Sinclair did with Diamond Sports and the RSNs, now look at what happened to them.

    This lends itself to calculation. I suspect there may be some maneuvering to get better deals, but offhand I’d say they are likely to accept. Too risky to lose everything, and even if the whole thing goes bad later- well, that may be on someone else’s watch.

    I feel confident the government agencies will not vote this down but the initially reported 1.6 Billion dollar loss to investors is hard to stomach for anyone that can't be convinced that in the long run, it has the potential to be profitable
