TPG is publicly traded. I'm not certain if that makes their filings the filings from heck, because they are listing the financials of a bazillion or so corporations they own. Or whether they all go under a single line item in an SEC filing.

Well AT&T is selling their 70% stake... that hasn't happened yet nor been approved. I am hearing that could by itself take 9 months to a year for that to happen. And none of the rest of this merger stuff can go forward without that happening. Lots of moving pieces to this one.
