    Do two things, first unplug the Hopper for 30 seconds, plug it back in and let the Hopper reboot. Check to see if you have 540-01 in your guide now. If not, on your remote, press Home 3 times. Go down to Tools. Go over to Guide Update. and select it. When it finishes check again.

    I see that occasionally when I turn on the TV in the morning. Pressing Select clears it.

    Philo "strech-o-vision" issue

    I don't have Philo, but years ago on another service when they did this, you could go into your tv sets settings, and change the ASPECT RATIO setting to fix it. Maybe that could work for you.

    When you have your guide displayed, on the top right next to the red button, what does it show? All Subscribed? All Channels. Something else?

    Good evening, I'm not seeing Channel 540-01 in the Guide. I can see all the other 4K channels and watch football games on -03 except for the the 540-01 channel. Any ideas why? It seems to have disappeared after the Olympic games. thx S

    can't create OTA recording when out of home using DA

    Occasionally I don't see the listing names in the guide for OTA's but most of the time I do. I just figure it's an occasional glitch, but not recording OTA's out of home is 'difficult' to just ignore.

    Tons of issues with the app on fire stick. Most have been fixed now but still occasionally have similar issues. Clearing cache usually fixes playback issues.

    I think what he is seeing is not the usual standby slate. KAB, can you take a picture of the screen with your issue.

    Well either your Hopper isn't powering down or you hitting power Twice or it's sending two signals because that is definitely the popup for waiting to go into Standby mode

    I get that. My point is that I average more than one situation per month where I have to clear my SatelliteGuys cookies and that seems unusual.

    Self Rebooting Hopper

    Almost success. The H3 has only restarted twice so far. I still have about 50 shows to go. I did add thermal paste to the heat sync and that seems to slow the frequency of reboots but didn’t cure that problem.
