You should call back and ask again. If you cancel they will be contacting you, usually by mail, with offers to come back - almost immediately.

I would unplug the power from the hopper and all Joeys. Wait a few minutes, then plug in the hopper and let it reboot. If the hopper comes back on and works, that would be the time to plug the joeys back in.
