My account is through DIRECTV and not AT&T and it is not bundled with anything else and I got the credit applied to my account immediately.

They are definitely having issues with their system. I can't even log in to my account now. I get a "SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data BAD REQUEST" message when trying to login.

Just create a new Google account and use that.

Agreed. Whatever the issue was with HDR when the Gemini first became available via satellite was fixed at some point which I think was when they removed the HDR on/off option.

In that case... I don't think there is any way to order a Gemini via your online account. Pretty sure you have to call to get it.
