    I used gorilla glue and a piece of wood and two clamps to glue new (borrowed from a spare dish motor) magnets on my RV slide out motor. Working great! Some idiot, not me, beat it with a hammer and the magnets shattered.

    You be be overloading the finder. One trick I learned while using those is to put a section of rg59 (25 feet or so) in between the meter and the lnb. This will attenuate it further avoiding overload.

    Since this is the C-band forum I say 10'. Sure there are others using smaller dishes but sometimes I wish I had a 12'. It all depends what you are after. For S2 signals 10' minimum is not required but rather desired. The bigger the better I say. Size does matter.
