So far new receiver seems to have fixed the issues.

After chatting with Dish support they think I need a replacement receiver. They are shipping it out. Will see if it fixes it or not.

I really hope that Dish doesn't do away with locals. Where I live I can only get CBS and PBS OTA. I would be really upset with Dish as most of the programming that my wife and I watch is on the big 4. Plus as an NFL fan I would really miss having FOX and NBC.

I’m having the exact same issue with a Hopper 3. Go to my DVR, and it will show multiple episodes of a show available. Click on the show and most of them just disappear.
