My Roku Express works with Starlink

I have a Roku Ultra at my main TV, but I don't want to disconnect it. But I have a Roku Express 4K in a spare bedroom that I can check to see if it will work.

The reason I asked is my Roku TV will not work with my internet (Starlink). Starlink works fine with my Wally.

Will these (Netflix) work if I don't have satellite service? I am taking a trip to a campground that I have not been and I don't know if I can get a satellite signal or not.

The problem has to be ground related. On an EcoFlow forum they are asking if the power station is plugged in to an A/C outlet. It was not. I will play with it more today. My Dish is on the roof over 15' above the ground. I can't see if there is a ground wire up there.
