By 2030 or sooner, its over. DISH needs to use the DISH interface and guides and stream it with Sling TV pricing and packs you can add or subtract to save money. Sling TV becomes Streaming DISH TV. No need for two versions any longer.

Check your connections on the usb ota tuner and make sure it is plugged in firmly. Wouldn't hurt to rescan the ota channels as well. If it happens again might look at replacing the ota tuner. Also check your snap module is plugged in and if not you could remove it and plug back in firmly. My...

Sling TV/Air TV does a pretty good job of sub channel guide for almost all my locals. There is like 6 recent sub channels that don't have it. My Tablo does a good job too and I do get guide information for almost all of them.

I don't see why DISH doesn't go ahead and migrate all the SD movie channels to streaming HD channels since you can record them now. I hate watching movies in SD and have never even tried to watch them if they are in SD. I saw at my buddy's house that HBO is all HD now, including the...

Do you think they will work towards being able to record more streaming channels at the same time like Sling TV can do with their cloud dvr? Maybe add a Cloud DVR feature to the Hopper receiver? It would certainly make it a better receiver and the older Hopper with Sling could be more useful...
