Sling TV/Air TV does a pretty good job of sub channel guide for almost all my locals. There is like 6 recent sub channels that don't have it. My Tablo does a good job too and I do get guide information for almost all of them.

For me I watch on Monday , Tuesday and Thursday nights. I don't watch network tv on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. Wednesday only two 30 minute comedies. The rest I fill with streaming shows or movies.
