Problem w/ HR10-250

This morning I turned on my system and I got the green screen of death.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Through the green fuss I noticed it would not change channels.

I did get a notice a couple of weeks ago that I would be getting a software upgrade but nevewr noticed it if it took place.

Does anyone have any info on this situation?

Called D* and they sent me an HR20 to replace my 2 year old HR10-250. They claim that the HD died.

Sounds like it died. Might be time to switch to the HR20-700 now that it is OTA capable.
