Hmmm...you would think so, as it costs them nothing in carriage costs EXCEPT with mainly the Pittsburgh professional teams. The one that comes to mind is MLB. I heard a similar situation in Baltimore. Another Root channel I think, but don't quote me on that. But IMO, if AT&T now owns it, I'd say chances are much better than before. Kinda like The Weather Channel with Comcast. They own it and make extra revenue by placing it in at least the Digital economy service, and in some areas, even the Starter tier, even though they own it. Really more of an incentive for AT&T to put former Root sports Pittsburgh on.I was at moms and she has cable and I noticed that my RSN Root (Pittsburgh) is now AT&T Sportsnet so I assume it will come to DTV Now soon? Strong assumption or no chance?
