Proton-M launcher/Breeze-M upper stage/ US telecommunications satellite Echostar 14 undergo prelaunch processing at Baikonur.
The LV was transported from the integration and test facility, site 92?-50, to the filling station yesterday. Experts of Transport Chemical Machine Building Design Bureau and Yuzhny Space Center commenced propellant loading into the upper stage low pressure tanks this morning. The operation is to be completed tonight.
State Commission is to hold its meeting tonight to approve roll-out of the Proton LV.
The roll-out is due to start at 3.30 am Moscow time on March 17. The LV is to be delivered to launch pad 200. Following the rocket's erection, mobile tower is to be installed for further service operations with the rocket. Operations at the launch pad will take 3 days. The forth (launch) day will begin in the afternoon on March 20.
