Dual-turner tv adapter

I have an Air TV dual-tuner adapter connected to the Hopper3. There are times I want to watch/record more than 2 channels at once.
Stupid Questions
1 Can 2 dual-tuner adapters be used at the same time to make it in to a 4 tuner?
2 Or is there a quad-tuner that can be used with the Hopper3?
The reason for the questions is I want to drop the local programing from Dish to save $12.00 a month.

No to both. Unfortunately you'd have to keep the local programming to record more than two at once.

You could sub to Paramount +, Peacock or Hulu. I used PP last year to watch CBS shows. I did have a 50% off annual sub. No such thing (without ads) this year,
