My wife was thinking about getting a laptop and I was wondering, if it could even be used wireless with Dishnet/wildblue service and my present tower which has an Asus Z87A motherboard and intel i5 4670k processor. This is all new to me just let me know if I need to supply more info. I have a NETGEAR N600 WNDR3400 router my daughter gave me but I have no clue how or if, it can even be used if not what could be if anything? Also, both computers will be used for browsing the net and the wife will be playing Pogo and Face Book games on her laptop. Thanks for all help! :)

Sorry, I can't help you with your question, but I can
:welcome you to Satelliteguys!

It probably would have been better if you had gone with Exede Internet, which DishNet is a neutered version of(& what Wild Blue is now). That doesn't help with your question about wireless routers, but just my opinion.
