Last Chance To Get Five FREE Movies!

*sigh*. Did they really not get FCC approval earlier (I find it hard to believe they goofed this up unless management is just that incompetent) or did they not meet a magic reservation number to make the numbers for mass production paletable?

I have sent 3 emails to xstream since the May 5th announcement about services. They do not respond. They don't return phone calls (when I have reached some sort of voicemail box, option 8 on their menu doesn't always work) nor do they answer the phone when I call and press 0 for an attendant.

I am starting to wonder if their accounts are trying to divide by zero.

Hi SatinKzo,

Interesting comment. Unfortunately, FCC emissions testing is an iterative process. We test in development, prototype and production models. Our testing has been very successful to date, but lengthy. Any issue encountered is addressed immediately and then a new unit or production unit is constructed and then retested. Now that we are at the finish line, I am happy to report that we have endurred this process successfully. We are committed to providing consumers with the highest quality products with zero defects. Unfortunately, we have not found a way to accelerate 3rd party agency testing without compromising quality.

On the other note, we feel just awful that an email or call was not answered. Please feel free to reach out to me, XStreamHDGuy, directly and I will make sure that your questions are answered.

Thanks for your concern.
