We have identified the issue to be with the Satelite provider.
They have changed the manner in which they are broadcasting their signal.
Please download and install this latest version of TimeTrax Recast from our website.
Simply install this version over top of your current install and you will be back to normal.
Thanks to all that opened tickets and allowed us to test the fix in a controlled environment.
As an FYI.... once we were aware of the issue we had a new version within hours, I would like to personally thank our team for some great team work and helping us in Tech Support not want to jump out the window.
