As of February 10, 2014 the former CW station WZRB out of Columbia, SC on AMC6-3937-2825-Vertical-S2 is now an ION affiliate. The below link explains the change and why WAZE out of Evansville, In (owned by the same company) left satellite.

The last remaining clear CW station, WSJP is located at G16 (99w)-3850-15030-Horizintal-VPID 513, APID 514, SID2.
I believe this channel is only going to be of use Spanish speaking members. Titan TV lists all of it's daily programs as local Spanish speaking shows with only a few hours English programs in prime time

also WRBU in St Louis did the same thing. Old owner went bankrupt and since Ion was a creditor they got the channels

Cw acts like their programming is of the "premium" nature. You would think they were hbo or starz when it is just network programming.

I forgot about this until a while back, but the CW is owned by CBS. That could have a lot to do with the scrambling. Myself, I could care less about the CW prime time shows, I just watched the feeds for That 70's Show, Seinfeld and King of the Hill.
