WWF Raw HD audio drops??

I'm watching Raw on USA HD, and like every 80 seconds the audio drops out for a second, like as if they were bleeping stuff out (which they obviously aren't.) Anyone else experiencing this?

Hmm... so it appears that Philly is the source of our pain. Not uncommon from that area.
