Im a newbie to sat tv, thus I am not sure what card I want. Price is the main factor though 
I have P4 2GHz machine I want to use as a second sat receiver with my existing BEV dish (yeah, I know I need switch etc etc - Im a newbie but I'm not stupid, I have done my reading already and now I need the card itself only - so no "new subscriber kit" offers etc etc please).
I also want this PC to be used as a PVR, thus card's ability to dump dvb-s mpeg stream to hard drive is important.
Im in GTA area (thats Toronto, Canada), I prefer to pay cash and pick it up myself (within GTA), but PayPal and mailing is OK too (if youre a reliable seller).
Oh, and I dont mind used card either, as Ive mentioned earlier - price is the key factor.
