World Cup on ESPN via DISH...lots of artifacting

Is it just me or does the world cup look really bad on DISH's ESPN?

I think everyone complains about ESPN on all the providers.

ESPN as a rule of thumb looks bad. of course it will look better on ABC OTA because it isn't on E*

I've only seen about 2/3 to 3/4 of the World Cup matches and have only noticed artifacting for a moment in one game.

Looks bad on TimeWarnerCable too. ABC looks good over the Dish here.
