The guy just told me that only three clients work 24/7. I wish the lady would of told me that, I wanted a regular HD receiver for my daughter's room but they talked me into this. I should of trusted my gut.

Call them back and see if you can swap out one of the Genie clients for an HD receiver.
 
He said to call tomorrow and they will replace it.

Make sure you call, if you decide to swap one out.

Did they say if they would just send you one out, or would you have to be home again, thus possibly missing work for another day ?

Just curious, what did you not like about Comcast?

First off the dvr sucks, it's expensive, the picture quality just isn't the same, the channels are all over the place and I missed the west coast feeds.
