Wonder what Gray has in mind in Rapid City, SD?

Wonder what Gray has in mind out in the Black Hills? They already own the Fox station (KEVN) and bought a low powered station (K23KK) from DTV America for $100 and a swap with a low powered Gray owned station in WV (WOCW-LP a analog translator of the current CW). They also have applied for a facility change for better coverage
