WMUR out of Manchester, New Hampshire is now available to Dish Network Customers in Coos County (Northern New Hampshire) as part of the Portland Maine Locals package. So if you have been waiting for this to happen the wait if finally over!!!!
Oh yeah you should be able to find it on Dish Network Channel 9 or 66 or 8784.
