Winegard® AP-8275 Power supply light

I have no light on my splitter when the power supply cable for my Winegard® AP-8275
is connected to the outlet and splitter. Does this mean that the adapter is fried?
I have tried in different outlets, same thing.

What are you calling a splitter? No power indicator light is a good indication the power supply is bad.
