new york wwor channel 9 is not going to be a superstation come september 2006 will dish still offer it to me in kentucky????

It will still be a superstation. It will just not be affiliated with UPN.

WWOR was a super station decades before UPN was even a thought. WWOR is an FCC/Congressionally defined superstation. The demise of UPN does not change that.
