Where many may overlook bugs, once the fee increase is effective, subs may call more, complain more and cancel more over problems they may have overlooked before the price increase.

E is probably setting themselves up for some nasty phone calls which may not just increase complaints and churn but demoralze some of their CSRs and between the price complaints which are sure to come, and more tech complaints CSR churn may get worse.
