Will DISH bend any on the additional rcvr charge?

Just got TurboHD in my room and my roommate likes it so much he wants it. He isn't willing to pay the $100 fee for another receiver. Will DISH waive this for me? I just got mine installed yesterday.

I doubt it. Especially if you are a new customer. If you go auto pay they may give you free cinnimax for a year.

actually if you just got installed, there is something called DHA 30 day DIU
u might get a 211 for free but after squeezing them really hard
i'd pay and get a DVR though but thats just me!

You can cancel within 3 days without breaking your contract, so use that as leverage.

If your roommate is balking at $100, have his set up his own account. He would get a free receiver and not have to worry about the additional receiver fee. He would have to pay for his programing and that would be alot more than the money he isn't willing to pay.
