Will anything change in 02/2009 for Basic Analog Cable TV?

I have basic analog Time-Warner cable TV service.
Will anything change for me in February, 2009?

It should not. The change aplies tobroadcast TV.Cable companies are required to have an anlog tier till 2012. Over tme though they may move channels to the digital tier----which means that you would needa a cable box to receive them on an anzlog TV
