Will an SW64 work with the 921?

I've seen this discussed elsewhere, but I haven't found a discussion of the specifics of the "bad things". I have a SW64 and did a check switch before the software download. Other than the bugs that others are seeing, I haven't found any untoward consequences of checking the switch before the download. Is there something specific I should be looking for?

Checked switch, download went fine.

Only using 110 & 119 on switch though.
