Wierd Caption Problem

I am watching Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life on SHOX atm. For some reason, the movie is in English as it's supposed to be. The scene in Japan where she speaks to the people on the boat, she spoke in Japanese, the subtitle was in Spanish. I know the first time I saw this movie, the sub was in English. Anyone else seen this happen before?
