wiengard MV 3500a ...automatic finds 110 but not 119

my windgard auto find dish will find sat 110 and lock but not 119 lock . but when i toggle between 110 and 119 the dish moves to where it used to find 119 quickly !! any coment welcome and notes PLS.

had a guy that his was doing the same thing. took off that hood and watched the little tin dish move around it was pretty neat.
he called dish network and they put him in touch with there rv support team to no avail.
i just gave him a 500 dish

Hey Guys the Winegard Tech guy told me the Elivation Motor was bad i Need A RP-CBLE for A Winegard MV3500A Stationary dome ??? Any Help would be great thx !!!
