why is dish and blockbuster each ching me for BB@ home

Don't know...just a few questions/ideas. Did you sign up for three disks at a time...$5.00 per over first via BB@Home. Or, a separate, non Dish BB account? If no to either, call Dish.

A few questions come to mind;
Did you have BB prior to the DISH version
When did you start getting the DISH version (recently or had it for awhile)
When did the double charge start?
Finally, when you say BB is charging you separately, how by mail?

Edit - I answered some of my own questions, you didn't have BB as of about a week ago. You need to explain where you are seeing two separate $10 charges.

hi.
why would I get charged $10 by dish for BB
and then Block buster charging me separately for another $10.
what went wrong?
double dipping.
thanks joe

If you had an account through Blockbuster, and you add BB at Home to your Dish account, you have to cancel the original account you created through the retail store. I'm guessing a lot of complaints by the users here will follow, but at least for now, that's what you have to do. Account software, fulfillment methods, they're different. In a perfect world, this would/should be seamless, but it's not.

Funny how most of the "imperfections" end up charging more ;) .
