Why FX-248 gets no signal but all other channels do???

I'm stumped. I was just watching Nip/Tuck and recording it and all of a sudden I get the message 'Searching for Satellite Siganal on Satellite 1:' What is this? I called DirecTV and they have no idea whats going on. ALL other channels are OK. Does anyone have any ideas on this? I checked the cables and the signal meter is 90...
