Why are some channels not available?

As you can tell by my signature, we have the america's everything package, so we should be getting almost every channel. When I turned on my 622, some sd versions of channels were listed as being available for purchase. Some of the channels like this are FOOD SD, HGTV SD, USA SD, TVLAND, CMDY, LIFE, etc. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Is your receiver locked check channel locks and see if they are locked out. When the new HD channels came out I had to unlock them.

That same thing happened to me a few months ago. A reboot fixed it.

If you search through the past couple of months, there are numerous reports of channels removed from subscription list and even disappearing from the guide altogether. Speculation is there is a software glitch causing it. Rebooting usually brings the channels back.
