When I checked my DVR timers last night, everything looked OK for the rest of the week. Now tonight, I found reruns of South Park, Monsterquest, and That Metal Show being picked up as new, and Saturday I have reruns of Leverage, That Metal Show, and Cats 101 being picked up as new. I've had things like this happen before, but there are two MAJOR differences this time:
First, the episodes were originally detected correctly as repeats, then suddenly switched to being detected as new anywhere from 6 to 48 hours away. Normally, episodes are flagged incorrectly when they're first added to the guide, and the correct data fills in as the date gets closer. Which brings me to the SECOND very strange thing: all the repeats being picked up as new have the CORRECT description, episode number, and original air date! Normally, when they're incorrectly detected as new, they're missing at least one of those things, and often all of them.
