Who to Write for Dish Network Suggestion on Channels

I ran a poll and we now have the answer to the question of "How many would like a channel that shows live radar for sections of the country". 65% are for it and 34% was against it.

Now, who do I write at Dish Network to make this suggestion and give this information to?
