Who owns UNIX

Way back in 2003 some of you in the IT industry may remember there was a big dispute about who owned unix. SCO and Novell got into a big battle and recently a ruling was made and it seems Novell does.

SCO's engineers are a good bunch. the C* staff and lawyers should rot in H***.
